Indigestion remedies

Lifestyle changes plays a big role in controlling indigestion. Eating slowly, not over-eating, cutting down on your alcohol and caffeine consumption, quitting cigarettes, losing weight and avoiding trigger foods are some of the lifestyle changes that can be considered. Causes of indigestion.

The causes of indigestion can vary.  It may be because of an underlying medical condition, however the most common causes are lifestyle and diet factors, such as the following:
